About Nadia
I am an experienced and dedicated science teacher (4 years) with a Master's in Chemistry (MSci) from University College London. I have had experience transforming pupil grades in a diverse secondary school from KS3 to GCSE to A-Level. I am looking to extend my strong subject knowledge to students who desire additional support to be academically successful. I specialise in teaching GCSE science and A-Level Chemistry but I am also able to offer help in KS2 and KS3 maths and science.

The most effective tutoring strategies are those which use active recall and spaced repetition. I find it important to use low-stakes testing little and often to embed concepts into the student's long-term memory. I also encourage vocalising thoughts and ideas to improve science and general literacy, which in turn, improves writing.

Found Nadia through another parent at my daughter’s school who said she was a fantastic teacher. I believe she’s an even better tutor. Really kind and puts in a lot of effort during the sessions. Even gives us extra time for free to make sure my child understands the lesson before they finish.

Nadia used to teach my younger daughter in school so I asked if she would tutor my older daughter. Nadia is a clear expert in A Level Chemistry.
