About Laura
I am a retired school teacher of 34 years. I've taught Special Ed and General Ed. I've tutored the last three years, privately.
I enjoy teaching elementary age students from 4 years old through 5th grade. My students make good progress.

Initially, I assess for strenths and weaknesses. Then, I work with the student's strengths to build up their weaknesses. There are usually patterns of gaps. Once the gaps are filled in, they start to progress. It is a proven process.
