About Paramita
Hello! My name is Paramita Pal and I am a researcher and experienced tutor in Bath, UK. I am from India, I graduated with Physics, and got my PhD in integrated optics and ultrafast laser from the University of Leeds, which fuelled my passion for tutoring and mentoring. In my spare time, apart from serious science I enjoy hiking and photography, and travelling to beautiful places. I also love to cook, meet people, and read books. Currently, I am starting my tutor job remotely, helping students anywhere in the UK. I have found this work incredibly fulfilling in assisting students, so please do not hesitate to reach out.

I usually give online private lessons to focus on the personal development of the student better. I teach GCSE level at this moment. The typical lengths of the lessons are 1 hour to 2 hours. I would like to pay attention to the problem-solving skills for the physics tutorials. I have experience tutoring undergrad and grad students for physics problems and laboratory modules for 2 years.
