I am Mrs. Colleen Dorothy Smith a retired School Principal. I have about 36+ years experience in teaching and imparting quality education is my passion. I also ensure that my students grow up having sound knowledge and above all they are perfect human beings. Being in the company of children brings out the child in me. There is a load of hidden knowledge in a child who when motivated excels in what he/ she likes doing best.

Definitely there is parting of knowledge and I ensure there is a clear concept of the lesson and I check for understanding usingbrain storming or the assessment method.
