About Gemma
Hi! I am an experienced teacher that has taught KS3, GCSE and A level biology, I have also taught KS3 and GCSE Chemistry and Physics in a wide range of schools and to a wide range of students. I ensure my lessons are engaging and interesting so that students can relate the concepts into real world applications. I am well versed in the new specification GCSE and have a lot of examining experience to draw upon to help guide the students be able to achieve their very best. Science is the study of the natural world around us and it pays to be curious about it, my teaching aims to not only improve academic achievement but also to help promote a love of learning and science that a student can take with them into their everyday lives. My reason for teaching is to ensure each and every young person has the qualifications, skills and confidence to achieve their dreams and their own personal best.
