About Emily
I was originally trained a professional dancer! However the job prospects did not work out for me so I turned to teaching. I love young people (still feel young myself). If I’m not teaching, you will find me dancing, surfing or hiking my way around Nee Zealand.

I have 6 years of experience teaching in New Zealand Secondary schools. Throughout this time I have formed many successful learning relationships with my students where I understand finding common ground or something of interest to write about can make the biggest difference in your learning. Let me try to make English more engaging for you as we work together toward your success. You might have question to bring to the lesson, or some drafts you would like me to read over. I can also prepare some tasks for you on a specific skill base if you like.
