About Jay
I’m Jay, a passionate soccer coach from Colombia — a country where football is not just a sport, it’s part of our culture and identity. From a young age, I grew up playing in the streets and on local fields, where I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and creativity on the ball. Throughout my journey, I’ve: Played and won local tournaments. Worked as a soccer coach, helping both kids and adults improve their skills. Studied sports and athletic performance, gaining a solid foundation in training principles. Continued my education in Physical Therapy, giving me expertise in injury prevention, recovery, and performance enhancement. This combination of experience as a player, coach, and future physical therapist allows me to design sessions that are not only fun and challenging, but also safe, effective, and tailored to each player’s needs. My goal is simple: to help you become a smarter, stronger, and more confident player — while enjoying every moment on the pitch.

I’m Jay, originally from Colombia — a country where soccer is more than just a sport; it’s a way of life.
Growing up surrounded by the passion and intensity of football, I quickly discovered not only my love for the game but also my talent for helping others excel in it.
Over the years, I’ve played and won local tournaments, coached teams and individuals, and dedicated myself to studying sports performance. Today, I’m completing my degree in Physiotherapy, which gives me an even deeper understanding of the body, injury prevention, and athletic performance.
