About Martin
I am an experienced software engineer and have successfully mentored graduate engineers for several years. I have developed software for medical imaging, computer graphics, and machine control. I am now offering tuition in computer science and programming, particularly in Python, Java, and C++, at all levels from GCSE to degree level.

I believe computer science and programming is a practical subject, so I like to use practical examples and exercises in my lessons. Theory is very important too, but I find it is usually easier to understand theory by applying it to a real-life programming problem.
