About WAFIQ
I always swim to improve technique and fitness performance. My favourite strokes are breaststroke and freestyle. Sometimes I swim with competitive swimmer for improving our speed and endurance.
I teach swimming (part time) at My Element in Subang and Nexus International School, Putrajaya.

Swimming is an activity that involves moving through the water using our arm and leg. It involves total body to swim in the water.
Swimming event is broken down into four strokes which are freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. For the individual medley event, all strokes are used.
Individual Medley (IM) swimming is a combination of four different swimming strokes - butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle.
If you are new, you can learn from the bottom to the top.
1. Water confident - Having a good relationship with water. Rilex and be cool.
2. Bubbling
3. Proceed to learn how to swim freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
We can have fun while learning together.
