About Marilyn
I am a retired elementary/junior high teacher who also has experience teaching adults in literacy, GED and Canadian citizenship. I have tutoring for the ten years and online tutoring since March, 2020. I would like to continue online tutoring using Zoom, Whats App, Skype or another kind of social media. I will be available 10:00 am - 6:00 pm eastern time on weekdays. I will charge a reasonable rate and am a very versatile and entertaining teacher.

I am a product based teacher who will teach using an engage, teactudy, activate type of lesson. I will introduce the concept through showing practical use for the concept, then teach it and provide some drill like practice and the student and I will review it together. Then I will give a group or an individual assignment and time to prep, then the student will present it of email it in and it will be returned or monitored along with helpful criticism. This will be my basic type lesson although I will change it up once in awhile for variety. I will also reteach concepts using different methods when it is necessary.

Details
My rate will be $15.00 an hour for any student age 12 and over. For younger students, my lessons will be adjusted in length and the rate will be adjusted accordingly.
