About ME
As a tutor with over 15 years of teaching experience, I want to help you discover your strengths. Many of my former students were convinced they could not learn and felt defeated. But I worked with them, identified their challenges and taught them ways they could be more effective students.

My lessons focus on skills and how to utilize those skills in any subject. For example, if your teacher gives you a test, the test isn't testing your ability to memorize facts. It is assessing your ability to analyze, define, and see relationships or patterns. For example, if you have an upcoming test but you can't remember content, then we might work on active team prep strategies. If you are given a problem in a class but don't know how to analyze it, I will help you develop a process. If you have to write an essay but don't know how to start, then I will teach you how to brainstorm ideas.
