About Gerry
I’ve recently retired after 36 years teaching. I have taught biology, chemistry and physics to higher level GCSE standard. I have been the Head of Science in a number of secondary schools primarily in the London and southeast area. My most recent position was as the Principal of an international secondary school in China, where I introduced the Cambridge international GCSE and A level programmes of study throughout the entire school. The school is very aspirational for our students, which reflects my own ambition for each student I have worked with. As a result of my work, many students are currently working towards achieving their degrees in top universities in the U.K., the USA, Canada, Australia and Singapore.
