About Joe
I am a classically trained actor and have been working as a professional stage actor and voice actor for over three decades. I am easygoing, patient and dedicated to careful, powerful and passionate acting work. How can I best convey this story to my audience? What is my responsibility to the play? The director? My fellow players? What are the powerful questions that I need to answer to make this story compelling?
Embracing the creative challenge of bringing a character from a printed page to life, and sharing that creation with an audience is an amazing experience. I love working with other creative people to tell big stories.
In addition to a BA in Theater Performance from SUNY Fredonia, I have worked in NYC as an actor for over three decades. I co-produced a traveling theater company, Little Apple Theater, am a member of The Workshop Theater Company, have been a stage director at the acclaimed Pied Piper Children's Theater of New York for five years, and am a presenting actor in the development of new works at The Actor's Studio.
