About Luna
Hi everyone
I’m Luna, a dedicated maths tutor specialising in KS3 and GCSE.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Accounting & Finance and achieved an A in GCSE Maths.
I have previous tutoring experience both at a tuition centre and at a non-profit organisation, where I supported students with varying abilities and learning styles. I’m passionate about helping students not only improve their maths skills, but also feel more confident and capable in the classroom.

I specialise in KS3 and GCSE Maths, supporting students who want to strengthen their understanding and build confidence in the subject.
I create a calm, encouraging space, helping students feel more comfortable and less anxious about maths. My lessons begin by identifying the topics students are currently covering at school and any areas they find challenging. From there, I create focused sessions that break down concepts step-by-step, using clear explanations and worked examples before guiding students through practice questions. I regularly use past-paper style questions to help students prepare for assessments with confidence. I can also provide additional resources for students to use between sessions to ensure steady progress, but this is optional and dependent on the student's goals.
Each session is 50 minutes and delivered 1-to-1 online via Google Meet, allowing lessons to be fully tailored to your child’s needs. Sessions are priced at £30 per 50 minutes and are available after 6pm or on weekends.
