About Alton
I am very experienced and believe in making small adjustments based on the kids skill level. Parents and kids must understand, Kids all have diffent shoe sizes. What works for one, doesn't necessarily work for others. I try to find what works best for the kids and we build from there. Baseball is a game of failure. Once the kids and parents undertands this concept, the game will become more enjoyable. Or, will allow for a faster mental recovery after a bad game.
It gives me an opportunity to help kids build a sound foundation they can build on as there skill progress and advance.
Education: Seminole High School, A.A Business, BA Finance, BS Computer Information Sytsems
Experience: High School, Seminole Junior College, Oklahoma State and Cincinnati Reds Organization

Perfect! Alton’s passion for the game and understanding of what my son needs to succeed was comforting. I knew we had come to the right person.
Perfect! I love Alton’s coaching style with my 8yr old grandson. He has calm voice, he’s friendly, positive and encouraging all while looking for perfection in repetition. Great explaining each step,having no problem repeating himself to make sure the student understands completely. Extremely happy to have Alton as instructor!
