Coach Banks develops on the player on all aspects of the game. He identifies the players weaknesses to make their strengths and make their strengths even stronger. My son needs to get tougher and quicker. He is constantly making him play with older and more skilled players that will help him improve with those skills. He challenges him with one on one play, group play and provides individual attention. Nothing in his training is given, it’s all earned. He also takes an interest off the court when training isn’t in session. He follows his players to see how they perform with teams and offer encouragement during tournament play.
