About Derrick
I focus mainly on the basics and fundamentals of the defensive side of basketball, yet still teach basic and proper way of shooting, dribbling, and conditioning out of wilkes barre pa.
It's my passion to teach basketball, it's a platform for me to reach out to the youth and motivate them towards success, and make them aware it first starts in the classroom with a 3.0 or better GPA as well as do my best to get as many of youths into D1-D2 and D3 college's
I started as a youth basketball volunteer level coach 5yrs ago. I worked my way up to coaching basketball summer camps, coaching fall/winter leagues, all the way up to coaching AAU travel leagues, as well as being a trainer.
