About Jeremi
Professional strength and conditioning and basketball skills trainer . I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and am a former collegiate basketball player . My focus is to help my athletes understand movement and how to take care of their bodies . I focused on the fundamentals of the game and developing a strong work ethic and build programs based on the demands of the sport . I also teach recovery and nutrition so we can develop a well rounded athlete .
