About Myles
Here at OWE(Out Work Everyone) we provide Elite/ Extreme hands on training. We are very experienced with working with elementary, middle, and highschool as well as college, and Pro athletes.

My mentor after college asked me if training would be something i would love to do but at first i rejected the idea then some time passed over( 2yrs) and i showed up to one of my mentors sessions and haven't stopped training ever since.
I've worked with some of the most spectacular world class athletes whether it be Colleg, pro athletes, or Elite high school athletes.

1. Warm-up: Line drills, & Stretching.
2. Form shooting( front& both sides of rim)
3. Combo moves into mid-range shooting
4. Water break
5. Quick 200 shots.(Either with shooting gun or with partner.
6. Full court one-on-one
7. 60 free throws
8. Stretch & review what we did on court
I've worked with all types of students from beginners beginners to NBA players so I am well equipped to train any level of basketball player.
Make sure that you check the trainers social meadia pages to see if there style of trainings fits your game.
