About Kevin
With Seasons of Strong fitness customers aren’t getting the run of the mill fitness routines that you lose interest on in a matter of weeks. I pride myself on taking the time to make help each client find the joy in changing to a healthy lifestyle rather, then going though the “yo-yo” process of diet and exercise. With 10 years of experience in athletic training, 2 years of professional basketball and a Bachelors in Kinesiology, I am bringing the latest and greatest to the personal training field.
