Coach Jamez is a gentle giant. His strength is fierce and bold yet calm and gentle- his approach to coaching is from the heart, he’s not looking to fill his pockets but to truly impact the lives of those around him in every aspect- physically, on and off the court, mentally, emotionally. His passion is evident and unmatched- you will never find a coach who will work harder for you and with you.

Workouts felt challenging and effective. James is intentional and invested in his training with his clients.

3 s training was awesome! Competitively priced training. Great leadership quality's as well as expert traing techniques were applied.
Coach James is a coach who cares he makes sure your fundamentally sound. He cares for kids overall performance too, he teaches on getting enough sleep, attitude, and nutrition.
Coach Eric is equally as hard working he teaches more then skills, and technique, he teaches your child to believe in himself and both of them set a very high standard of behavior. No bullying allowed, I heard numerous times throughout the camp sessions. Looking forward to more programs in our area!

I loved james motivation factor and his ability to understand my needs of what i wanted with a good program and coach. I would highly recommend to anyone out there
