Excellent Coach and very knowledgeable about the game. Whether you need help improving your offense or defense, you cannot go wrong with Coach Bell. She has personally improved my game and prospective of the game! She is awesome!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to improve and want someone to teach you as well as push you, Coach Bell is the perfect choice!!! Her passion is unmatched!!

I genuinely feel like I was my best self working with Coach Bell. She helped me to reach heights I didn't know I could. She forced me to utilize my potential without making me feel I was useless when I wasn't. She never wavered in her firm coaching style, but always made it evident that she had our best interests at heart. If I could do it all again I would!

Not only working on the physical but also the mental aspect as well! Most definitely will recommend to all people. It is a must!

It was a great experience and I recommend it to others.

Coach Bell’s knowledge and passion for basketball paired with her attention to detail and refusal to give up on players is what makes her the best coach I’ve ever had. I attribute my work ethic, sense of commitment and coaching style to her. She is not only a great trainer and coach but an amazing mentor and life coach as well.
