Experienced tutor in Basketball in Victor, Jacob offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Coach Jake has been our kids; ages 7 and 9 years basketball coach for about 4 months now. We meet with him once a week and in this time we have seen great improvements in our kids understanding, fundamentals and skills of the game. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the game and loves sharing everything he knows about it. He stresses working on the basics and fundamentals and makes modifications to the sessions according to our kids age and skill level so they can learn at their own pace. He then challenges them on what hey have learned and explains to them what adjustments (if any) they need to make. And finally, he takes the time to explain how and when to use what they learned in the game.
Coach Jake patient, fun and just great with our kids and they are always excited to see him. We would recommend Coach Jake to anyone who is looking for a SUPER AWESOME (our kids one word each to describe Coach Jake) basketball coach!

Jake is an outstanding coach/trainer. His ability to develop basketball players stems from his deep understanding of fundamentals & foundational principles. Jake’s adaptive communications skills allows him to be effective whether it’s training a 6yr old or a teenager. My son now plays with an extreme amount confidence because of the skills Jake has taught him.

Jake is more than a coach. He uses his skills and knowledge of the game to give you a platform to build from. From shooting to ball handing to finishing. He brings it all. 5 stars from me !!

It has been an absolute pleasure having Coach Jake instruct my son and his team. They have improved so much and have had fun doing it!

Coach Jake is fantastic. He makes lessons fun and is always teaching new skills based on our sons progress. Our son really improved over just a summer. We highly recommend coach Jake!

I worked with Jake for awhile after my senior year of basketball. It was great individualized attention that really focused on improving my fundamentals as well as my style of play. I made incredible strides in very little time and was always pushed past my point of comfort. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their game.

Coach Jake was amazing to work with. He worked with my son and daughter (5th and 6th grade). They are both at much different skill levels. Coach was able to adjust the difficulty level for each kid. You could tell he spends a lot of time developing and training players.

My son really enjoys the basketball academy. Coach Russell introduces many new skills and is great with the kids.

Coach Jake worked with my 6th grade son. We were able to play at outdoor courts by our house, so it was easy for us! Jake was very professional and engaging. I would recomend him to anyone looking to improve their basketball skill

Coach Jake and Coach Nick bring great knowledge and passion to their training. They also make it enjoyable for athletes of all ages

Jake does an excellent job! My son is in 8th grade, and has improved greatly in dribbling and shooting. He is always excited to go train with coach!
