About Justin

Welcome, I'm a Health and Fitness coach that specializes in strength training, sport specific training, nutrition and injury rehab/prevention. I'm hard working, with a sport background that has molded me to be very team-oriented and understanding of others. I am a patient coach, that has a passion for teaching clients as well as guiding them to be better. Currently, I have 6 years of training experience with a lifetime of experience in sports and wellness as an individual. I played basketball from the primary school level all the way through four years of undergrad at Clarion University. I love working with people from all backgrounds with a variety of goals, as it helps me display my versatility, creativity and resourcefulness as a coach.

We will develop a rapport by getting to know one another through conversation. I will provide details about my background to give a better understanding of myself as well as explain why I have a passion for my profession and the time I spend to get better at it. I want to understand my client's goals completely, so we will converse about that. Then we move into the assessment of their current level and what may be limiting them. Then after establishing the parameters of which we will work together, we get to work.

Mostly general population, but also high level and professional athletes.

Be ready to work hard and reach your goals. Do not waste your time by not taking your health seriously. Make sure your coach understands you, just as much as they understand your goals.
