About John
I was the valedictorian of my high school class with a 4.0 UW GPA and 33 ACT (36/29/34/32). I am now an honors chemistry major and philosophy minor on the pre-law track at the University of Alabama at Birmingham with hopes of eventually becoming a pharmaceutical patent attorney.
I have tutored and proofread for my peers since high school, two services that I have come to love. More than anything, I enjoy seeing the "lightbulb" moments occur for students.
Regarding chemistry, I am in the Chemistry Scholars program at UAB. I made an A in Honors General Chemistry 1 and am currently taking Honors General Chemistry 2.
Regarding math, I have taken through Calculus 2.
Regarding English, I made high A's in all high school honors English classes as well as perfect English and near-perfect Reading scores on multiple ACTs.
Regarding other subjects, please ask me about my expertise, as I am more comfortable with some subjects than others.
