I am a grad student studying alternative medicine well versed in academic performance and how to keep the mind/spirit well during studies. I am passionate about healing the body and maintaining a strong equilibrium despite the rigors of academia.
I have enjoyed tutoring biochemistry/anatomy/physiology in medical school for the past 6 months.

Discerning their level of understanding of the topic and then introducing them to important information through memory tools/pneumonics in an easily digestible way. Make powerpoints and ask open ended questions to promote active recall during sessions. I always want to know my students learning style to increase their retention.
