About Acree
I am a current college junior majoring in Biology. I also have a passion for volunteering and work for nonprofits. For five years, I worked with a horseback riding nonprofit to teach and mentor elementary-school aged children, which also included some help with academic work. Back in high school, I stayed after school on a weekly basis to tutor other students.
I have also volunteered at several nonprofits to assist with grant writing, editing, and fundraising. Academically, I currently work with a professor in the health sciences department who conducts research in epidemiology. I have also contributed to two publications in the genetic engineering field. I hope you will consider my tutoring services!

I love biology, and I really enjoy helping others find interest in it! I have also worked in the nonprofit sector, and working on service projects is fulfilling and rewarding for me.
I started mentoring and teaching younger children at a nonprofit horseback riding facility at age 11. I volunteered there consistently for five years. As a freshman in college, I worked as a teaching assistant for the horseback riding program at my school. In high school, I also did some biology outreach programs, where a group of students from my school would visit other schools to help students complete a biology demonstration or experiment.
I am a junior in college with a major in Biology. I do undergraduate research, which includes online research, writing, editing, and data analysis. I also have done extensive work with nonprofit organizations and worked on editing, grant writing, and communication.
