About Mark
We are passionate about providing the best quality technology services, security camera systems and computer education in the Sacandaga region of New York State. We come to you and teach you what you need to know about your computers, software, hardware and even media and home automation systems. We’re here to help make Technology something that enhances your life and melts away into the background as a tool instead of a frustration.
An 89 year old computer repair customer asked if I’d be willing to teach her how to understand and use her computer better. I agreed and we met every other week for a few months until she felt comfortable with her PC. Now she calls me to fix things when they break or just to say hi!
I’ve been working in technology for over 30 years and teaching people how to use technology consistently for all that time. I’m the go-to guru for all my friends and family, numerous local area businesses and homeowners and just about everyone I know on Facebook. Not to mention hundreds of satisfied customers from years of working in the field.

After that, we will meet on an agreed schedule with a custom designed curriculum targeted at achieving each students goals and understanding.
i work with all kinds of students and am willing to accommodate one on one sessions or small groups. Any experience level is fine as we will custom create a specific curriculum to meet our students specific needs and goals.
