About Annie
MP brings people a variety of options for creating a healthier lifestyle and sustainable wellness plan by offering basic cooking classes--including culinary knife skills and food preservation techniques--as well as private or group yoga classes.
Annie has a B.S. in Food and Nutrition in Business from Purdue University, a A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She is a Wisconsin Certified Master Food Preserver and a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained at the Yoga Center for Healthy Living in Brighton, Michigan.
She loves combining all of her interests to create not only a sustainable, creative life for herself, but to share the energy that that gives her with others as they journey to become the best version of themselves.
Annie is able to use her training over the last 20 years in culinary arts, food preservation, yoga, and other movement arts to help clients discover creative ways to cook, eat, and move.
