About Zacki
Do you want to hone your cooking skills, have a different kind of gathering and culinary class in your kitchen, wish your kids understood more the process of basic cooking?
I am Zacki Murphy of Zacki's Culinary Creations; both a personal chef and culinary coach.
I was a stylist/menu planner for Martha Stewart and had my own restaurant in NYC. Also, traveled to parts unknown such as Iran, Pakistan, Vietnam (during the war,) Chile and picked up inspiration from where ever I visited. Have been doing this for 29 years. Back in the Triangle now as a seasoned personal chef and known for food presentation and creative parties.
I lecture at Humana once a month and talk about a recent health topic...and go into schools to educated kids about healthy eating and cooking. This is called: "Eating4Life."
I do need a kitchen to prep from. as well as information about how equipped it is. Will you provide the libations if any are required?
I am $50 an hour and can purchase the food ahead for you.
