About Chef
I love cooking and attended culinary school in Philadelphia just a year out of high school. I have worked in the industry for many years and have been teaching for almost as long.
Food is amazing. It nornishes your body and soul. Food brings people together and solidifies those bonds. The varieties of ingredients are vast and you never run out of creative ways to bring them together.
My students tell me my zest for cooking is contagious and they find themselves taking more risk swith the food they are preparing.
The classes contain background information about the subject, tips and tricks for more consistent cooking and professional cooking techniques and I answer any other items that may come up.
Culinary school trained professional with many, many years of practical culinary experience. Owner of "Dining In" a food prep business and Cooking With Chef Stevie; an online Cooking school.

About the lesson

We talk about the student's goals and discuss likes and dislikes regarding ingredients. We decide on the dish and the recipe is emailed. Students shop for the ingredients and we use either Facebook messager video or Skype video for the class.
The student paced classes are fun and questions are encouraged throughout the class.
