About Keith
I love the process, from the smallest details that go on the plate to the long hours the stocks and stews take to finish the dish in the most flavorful way possible while still being visually appealing.
I live for the creative part of my craft. I can take a recipe and completely transform the flavor profile, or switch around the plate to create a different impression on the person eating it. Cooking is such a versatile science, that(with the right technique) it serves as a means to express yourself.
I graduated from one of the best Culinary Schools in NYC, which is the Institute of Culinary Education.
After my graduation I went to work to one of the best Thai restaurants in the city(at the time), and due to relocation I had to move on and was hired as a Sous Chef at Double Tree by Hilton hotel in Princeton NJ. At the moment I'm no longer in the hotel, I am currently working as a chef at Somerset Hills Country Club in Bernardsville NJ.
