I first meet Issa as a catering client in 2015. When she catered our halloween party for the first time . The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We loved her! She was warm, charming,and a wounderful chef. Shortly after that My husband and I booked her for our next holiday party. It was during that event I mentioned to Issa how I would love to learn to cook some of my husband's traditional home cooked meals. He is Mexican and I'm Irish so not exactly same kind of traditional foods. I was so excited when Issa said that she could give me lessons! And so she did. And we have had some of the best times in my kitchen. I am not exaggerating when I say we have laughed we have cried we have gone through it all and that little kitchen of mine. Issa has a very inviting way of teaching. She makes you feel comfortable but energised. As she guides you through the steps in a clear and simple way . I have learned much more than I thought I would and have had a lot of fun too. Issa's awesome ,still caters our big dinner party's. Won't trade her for anyone.
