Her early training was gained through Showtime Children’s Dance Studios (FL) where she was a scholarship student. Everlea received her Pilates education through The Pilates Center of Boulder in Colorado, and is also a Host Advisor for their program. She is also an accomplished trainer and fitness instructor. Her charge is helping others live happier, healthier and more productive lives physically, emotionally, artistically and mentally.
I grew up dancing, so it was a natural progression from being a student to being a teaching assistant, then full on teacher over time. An important quality for teachers is that you're always learning, so I continually attend workshops and classes to stay fresh.
BFA in Dance Performance through The University of FL.
Collegiate training at New World School of the Arts in Miami, FL and The Ailey School in NYC.
Over 10 years of Pilates teaching experience, with over 1,200 hours of classroom education.

New Pilates students are encouraged to take advantage of our Intro Package of 3 private lessons for $185, so they can gain some basic knowledge of Pilates fundamentals prior to joining a group. Even if student only wants private training, the Intro Package is still a great way to begin.
Students interested in Barre, Personal Training, or a mix are also encouraged to take advantage of the deal.
I've worked with everyone from professional actors and dancers to clients with severe scoliosis, spinal fusions and joint dysfunctions. I personally worked out while pregnant with twins, so I'm intimately familiar with staying fit through pregnancy.
Do your homework while looking for a teacher. You're not legally required to HAVE certifications in Pilates, Dance eduction or Fitness training/Personal t raining to teach, so just because someone says they are something doesn't mean they are qualified.
