I found Adam looking for a drum teacher online. I needed someone to help me take my beginner drummer skills to the next level and Adam did exactly that, after just a few classes I was learning so much. He definitely knows how to adapt to my needs, skills and most important, to my limitations. After a few lessons I was playing some of my favorite ACDC songs and having fun while also working on the things I was doing wrong that Adam started pointing out from the first day. I recommend Adam for those who want to learn to play drums.

Adam has been teaching intro to drums to my eight year old, and I highly recommend him! He is great at pacing the introduction of new information so that kids can learn effectively. He always has a positive attitude, is patient, and provides encouragement, while effectively giving input and correction. I would recommend him to any parent looking for drum lessons for their child (any age!).

I've taken about six or seven lessons with Adam now, and I was amazed at how significantly my drumming improved. He really showed me the potential I had, and taught me how to utilize that. Adam explained all of the things we covered very well; I never once felt lost or confused in a lesson. I would recommend taking lessons from Adam regardless if you've been drumming for two days or two years. There's always more to learn, and Adam is an excellent teacher!

My son, Max (13yrs.old) is taking drum lessons with Adam. His teaching style is a perfect match for my son and I appreciate his professionalism and passion for music. Max is always excited to go to his lesson and always learns something new. Adam explains and answers questions patiently and thoroughly. He uses positive reinforcement to guide Max to the next level, and is always very encouraging and patient when Max hits a stumbling block. Max has gained confidence as a musician, and his enthusiasm for the drums continues to grow. We really appreciate Adam's flexibility with scheduling especially during the summer months. Thanks!

I'm completely new to the drums and decided to do a trial lesson with Adam several months ago. The lessons are fun and informative, and I have improved so much since I started lessons with Adam. He does a great job of starting good drumming habits, and building off of basics so that you can be a well-rounded drummer. He is a great teacher, combining his expertise with what you as a student want to learn so that it's fun and interesting. Highly recommended for both beginners and drummers with experience looking to improve!

Adam is an excellent teacher. A music educator myself, I am consistently impressed with Adam's ability to offer a multitude of solutions and ways to approach a particular challenge. He appropriately and effortlessly gauges the appropriate time within the lesson to shift gears, is gracious when a student feels frustrated, and always keeps the student engaged and feeling successful by allowing the perfect balance of elements that are fun, elements the student can be successful with, and elements that will continue to challenge and help the student grow. 5 stars without a doubt!

I hadn't had a music lesson in about 35 years, so I wasn't sure what I was getting into. I had bought a drum set for kicks and was screwing around a bit but hadn't really focused on much of anything and was pretty much treading water. Incremental improvement but nothing to write home about.

I've found that Adam is ready to meet you at your level and he has got me working on some basics (a reminder of just how sloppy my playing was/is) and I (think) I'm improving pretty rapidly and am starting to recognize things I hadn't noticed before. If there's an issue, it has been my erratic practice schedule. He has also been really flexible with respect to schedule, lesson length etc. - important for someone like myself who is works and has kids with their own busy schedules.
