About AdriannaTonyray
Our goal is to get you to stop thinking about your business as your baby and start seeing your business as a revenue stream. That means the company will take care of its people, continually improves its processes, and capitalizes on the superiority of the product offerings or services.
I've helped numerous businesses and entrepreneurs achieve a 200% revenue stream increase. Part of this process includes examining the existing space, streamlining the customer experience, and repositioning product offerings. We will go over your financials and see where waste, spoilage, or inventory processes can be updated or eliminated. I strongly encourage all of my clients to have at least 5k set aside for aesthetic improvements. If your budget allows, we can get into greater detail about renovations that will make your business a customer experience destination. Sadly, today 9 out of 10 businesses fail to make it past the first 3 years of being open. Often, it's simply because owners are afraid to ease up on the reigns and relinquish any of the creative processes that got you where you are today. This entire endeavor rests in the palms of your hands. I can make multiple suggestions, but at the end of the day, you have to be comfortable with the direction and it has to fit your brand.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Operations, and Logistics with varied industry marketing experience. Currently pursuing a Masters Degree at Georgetown University in Business Analytics, with a focus on Leadership and Sports Business Development. Served honorably in the United States Army for ten years holding various Operations and Logistics leadership positions for various US Army Medical Department Center and Schools.
I love getting feedback emails or checking in phone calls, and owners can't believe how much money their additional revenue streams are making. Our how much better the new process is profiting the overall success of the business. I am teaching aspiring business professionals the textbook knowledge, with tested and proved methods to keep their businesses flourishing.
