About Justyna
The best part of teaching is seeing the progress the students I teach make and the happiness across their faces when they start to understand what they are learning. When I first started tutoring, I will admit it was a bit of struggle. Younger children don't exactly want more work to do on top of the homework they are given but after a while, you make a connection with them and the impact of tutoring is greater.
I tutored a girl in the fourth grade for one entire school year. Her mom hired me because she didn't do well on her state exams the year before and thought hiring a tutor would help and turns out, it really did! When I heard about how much her scores improved, it instilled so much confidence in me to continue doing what I'm passionate for and that's to teach.
I'm currently getting TEFL certified. This certification allows me to teach English as a second language abroad.
