About Sofia
I have personal experience in being a non-traiditonal learner and student with ADHD and Anxiety. I love helping people find alternative ways of taking in information and learning to help them succeed in whatever subject they may be struggling in. Every student can be a better learner when they are provided an opportunity to understand information in a different way than what is considered to be a "typical" learning style. In these unprecidented times, students need access to empathy and patience.
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology so I have a deep understanding of mental health, socio-economic status, race, and gender studies. I have a passion for learning, gathering research and writing.
