About Jorge
I've studied the art and practice of creative writing for about 4 to 5 years. I would work closely with my students, giving them different assignments in the many types of creative writing. Such as, but not limited to: poetry, short-stories, screenplay, etc.
Back in High School I would at times assist my creative writing teacher with managing the class. I do not have any formal training, like a degree or other document of equivalence, but I can assure you I have studied the subject on my own and by my own means extensively.

I would typically sit down with them and ask them what writing they enjoy, what inspires them. From there, I can think up some ideas for future lessons. I like to think of the student first and craft the lesson plan around them, rather than coming with a prepared lesson plan and expecting it to work for every student.
