While working with students I first strive to find where they excel. After finding their strengths I work to determine their motivations and what helps them learn best. We then focus on what they need help with, where they need extra work, and where they need to pay close attention. After determining these factors we will work on their writings tactics, strategies, and form of writing. The student will then organize their essays according to topics that they need to cover, what is most important, what they could possibly take out, and what they may need to add. Finally the student will write a draft, we will correct it together, and put the final touches on the final draft.
