About Richard
I have taught and tutored non-native speakers (and native speakers) of English for many years. All of my students on another tutoring website gave me the top rating (five stars). I have studied three foreign languages (Spanish, French and Japanese), so I understand the problems students have in learning a foreign language.

I have taught and tutored students in the U.S., Europe and Asia. In addition to English, I also speak Spanish, Japanese and French. I like to sit beside the person I tutor and help them learn, not "teach" them. In addition to English language skills, I can tutor students of all ages in any of the humanities or social sciences.
