About Cassandra
Hello! My name is Cassandra and I have been a professional childcare worker for about 6 years. I have worked as a teacher for 4 years and a daycare worker for a little more than two years. I received my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and have also just received my Bachelors in English and Education. It is my belief that each and every student is both unique and capable. In order for ones knowledge to develop, one must provide an environment that is secure, safe, and stimulating. As an english tutor I would love to not only provide this type of environment but also foster academic achievement, create solid study and organizational skills, and also help build up the students confidence to succeed!

I would typically begin by establishing a rapport with my new student, getting to know them and allowing them to get to know me. I would ask questions to gauge their level of understanding pertaining to the material that needs to be learned. I would go through my tutoring process to allow the new student to see if I would be the right fit for their method of learning.
I have tutored students between the ages of 8 to adulthood. I have also tutored a largly diverse range of students.
