About Amber
My tutoring and teaching experience has allowed me to learn the critical skill of adjusting to each student's learning style. Sessions are adapted to meet their needs to give them the best chance at success. We take the time to ensure that students are both learning the material and understanding how to be active learners. The goal is that they will master their subject, while developing excellent study habits and learning to teach themselves. The result is confident students that are able to tackle any challenge.
A passionate learned myself, I have been working with students for over 10 years. I am comfortable working with students from K-12, including college test prep.

Then, I spend some time really getting to know them - what helps them learn, what makes learning enjoyable, what they love to do in their free time.
