I started coaching in college. I wanted to offer my education and help young athletes be successful in his or her given sport along with adults reach their physical goals such as weight or strength

First step is to meet or have a conversation about goal setting, schedules, limitations or restrictions, history, and challenges
I have worked with athletes ages 7 up to professional athletes and adults up to age 65.
I have coached professional football players, professional basketball players, professional baseball players, Olympic Medalists, professional hockey players
Make sure the coach or teacher fits your characteristics and educational expectations. Not all coaches are the same, and not all coaches are qualified to work with athletes.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Consider personal experience along with educational qualifications. Some coaches can know everything but can not relate to the individual, or some coaches may have the experience from the sport but don't know the in depth training concepts.
