About Dr Claudia
With over 20 years of experience, passion, and dedication... I have devoted my life to help people understand the most overwhelming pieces of information in nutrition, physical fitness, stress, and sleep. I am a Ph.D in Health/Medical Psychology, and have a B.S in Kinesiology, M.S in Exercise Physiology. I also possess a gold standard ACSM special population and diabetes management certifications with 15 years of instructing active duty members in health and wellness. 10 years experience working with children at any age, and working with government/city agencies to provide community health.
