About Ferris
In the past I was once going down a path of addiction. I also was overweight and out of shape also dealt with a herniated disc for years in my lower back. I wasn't always into fitness but when I was ready to come out the addiction phase I started going to the gym back 2017. It quickly became my saving grace as of now I'm in better shape than I was when I was in my 20's.
I obtained my NASM certificate to become a certified personal trainer 10/2020. Prior to the date I have helped out many people out of the kindness of my heart for 2 years at least and realized it's very fulfilling so now I have a desire to help as many people as I can.
I currently work full time and I'm waiting for the right time to become a full time personal trainer/ fitness coach. I'm still learning and will acquire more education when it comes to fitness.
Im able to build friendships and its rewarding to see become push through and succeed.
Fitness training was once my saving grace and peers, family, friends started asking for help and I quickly realized that it was my calling.

I have a son who has OCD and is absolutely obsessed with working out and his compulsion was training to failure to the point where it wasn’t efficient and borderline the concern of overuse and injury. Ferris was so patient with him, and was able to get him to understand How to best direct his obsession into efficient training.
I like that the workouts are customized to you. He listens and cares about his clients.
