First, I like to assess the student and see where they are as a player and person. Then I like to see if I am a good fit so they can get better everyday. Once we (parents, players and myself) decide that I am the right coach for the role, we schedule and keep that schedule yo ensure consistency and success. Filling that, we work hard every lesson, track our progress and celebrate the success at the games.
