YOU MUST TRAIN WITH THE BEST!!!!
6 week (36 hour) football program, (two hour) field work session and (four hours) strength/conditioning sessions
Sunday's two hour (field work) session
12pm-2pm
strength and conditioning (two hour) sessions in gym
Thursday and Saturday
Thursday 6pm-8pm Saturday 12pm-2pm
Weight and Conditioning will be completed by skilled and certified coaches
Space is limited, this training camp is invite only,
Covering all aspects of being top defensive and offensive players from skills and techniques, speed, strength and agility, and in game knowledge.
Improve overall quickness, balance, agility, speed, conditioning & strength and brain work
Training uniform is included in price

I have a bs in recreation leisure management
i coached Blackhawk athletic club football for 20 years
i have won 2 nationals titles
Im currently the head coach of the 12u Blackhawks athletic club coming of an undefeated 11u season
I also run a camp called camp mayhem football university
