Instead using textbook, I prefer using PowerPoint, simulations and handwritten notes to diversify learning method. PowerPoint slides are good when it involves important facts and comparisons. Simulations are useful to visualize the concept, you tend to remember longer when you get to see it. Handwritten notes work best to train your hand-eye coordination which in turn helps to construct your own understanding about the concepts. 6 years of teaching SPM level Chemistry online class, age 16 - 18.
