About Emilie
Born and raised in Paris, globetrotter, graduated in History of Art and Cinema from l'Ecole du Louvre and La Sorbonne, certified teacher in French as a foreign language (DAEFLE), with several years of
experience delivering personalized private French lessons, two years’ experience teaching in
small class in Japan. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Based on the communicative approach, all my courses use real-life situations along with activities that allow students to familiarize themselves with the foreign language while enhancing their skills in grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, French society, art and culture.
My French classes are aimed at young and not so young adults from beginner to advanced levels.
The principle of my method is to make each student feel comfortable and to gain confidence in the expression of French. My ultimate motivation is to rhyme learning with joy.
I look forward to accompanying you at every stage of your learning and to showing you the richness of the French language and culture,
